Follow Your North Star: by Martha Beck
Martha Beck is my guru, and hearing her voice on this audio program felt like coming home again. Martha is an expert on helping people find their right life, and I've been SO influenced by her - especially in the last few years.
It's on Audible, but I got it from my local library on the Libby app!
White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Race by Robin DiAngelo
This book made me very uncomfortable, and honestly, I needed every word of it.
π° Article: Journaling with Amber Rae
(Interview )by Ryder Caroll on bulletjournal.com
I particularly loved the tool for dealing with "tricky" feelings.
π΅Music: Stranger Songs by Ingrid Michaelson
She was so obsessed with the Stranger Things (Netflix) series that it inspired an entire album! Released this summer so I'm late to the game but I'm totally digging this album.
Thanks for checking out my monthly collection of inspiring things. I kept this one short, because I know you're busy at the end of the year!
Happy New Year! I'm wishing you peace and abundance and ease for 2020!
