Ethics
Flow + Fire (lead by Karen Styles) is a career and life coaching business. I serve those who are frustrated and stuck and are seeking the help of a coach to move forward.
Purpose
Flow + Fire champions those individuals who are ready to make personal changes in their lives by doing the work of digging deeper so they can create the lives and careers that light them up.
Rights and Freedoms for All
Just as we celebrate personal and career development for individuals, we also celebrate the rights and freedom of Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC), Persons with Disabilities, Individuals of all Sexual Orientations and all Genders, including Transgender and Non-Binary individuals.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that Flow + Fire operates in the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
Commitments
As the owner of Flow + Fire, I am committed to anti-racism. I believe that Indigenous Lives Matter, Black Lives Matter and I support the ideals of racial justice. I believe in and support individual reproductive rights. I am personally committed to listening to, learning from, and amplifying voices from the following communities: BIPOC, LGBTQS2+ and Disabled Persons.
Partnerships + Professional Development
When considering partnerships or investing in professional development, I’m committed to seeking out diverse groups, mentors, and businesses in order to disrupt my own internal patterns and biases of white supremacy and ableism, and cultivate a liberatory consciousness.

To state it plainly, Flow + Fire does not tolerate hate, discrimination or disrespect towards BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+ people, Disabled Persons or those who stand in solidarity with them.
